&lt;p&gt;Meal:&lt;br/&gt; Parmesan, avocado, tomato, pepper, salmon,bacon and egg on Vogels gluten free toast&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;For the meal:&lt;br/&gt; 720 cals, 49g fat, 35g carbs, 37g protein&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And a smoothie of:&lt;br/&gt; Frozen raspberries&lt;br/&gt; Frozen strawberries&lt;br/&gt; Dragonfruit&lt;br/&gt; 3/4 scoop strawberry protein powder&lt;br/&gt; Water&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;For the smoothie:&lt;br/&gt; 200 cals, 3g fat, 15g carbs, 26g protein&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Remember I do intermittent fasting so this is one of two meals I have in a day.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The only thing in here I would not eat regularly (and isn’t primal) is the gluten free bread.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So. Good.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Print this out and practice these poses everyday to gain flexibility for the splits. Start by holding each pose for 30 seconds on each side. Work your way up to 1-3 minutes as your muscles start to open up. When you’re ready to try the splits use a block or pillow under your front leg for support until you feel ready to go without.&lt;/p&gt;
