You guys. I can’t comprehend how perfect this meal was.
Meal: Parmesan, avocado, tomato, pepper, salmon,bacon and egg on Vogels gluten free toast
For the meal: 720 cals, 49g fat, 35g carbs, 37g protein
And a smoothie of: Frozen raspberries Frozen strawberries Dragonfruit 3/4 scoop strawberry protein powder Water
For the smoothie: 200 cals, 3g fat, 15g carbs, 26g protein
Remember I do intermittent fasting so this is one of two meals I have in a day.
The only thing in here I would not eat regularly (and isn’t primal) is the gluten free bread.
So. Good.
